Height Increase: Actin Cytoskeleton versus Electromagnetic Field Signaling

 There are a multitude of ways to alter genetic expression in the body.  Altering genetic expression can lead to height increase by lowering levels of Tumor Necrosis Factor-Alpha(which kills all cells including growth plate chondrocytes) and by increasing the expression of anabolic genes like IGF-1 and TGF-Beta.

The Lateral Synovial Joint Loading program works by actin cytoskeleton signaling.  It heavily increases Extracellular Matrix secretion and can possibly result in the formation of new chondrocytes in adults via TGF-Beta.  LSJL works by increasing interstitial fluid flow which induces the upregulation or downregulation of genetic expression.  The actin cytoskeleton can remodel over time making existing joint loading mechanisms less effective.  This makes mechanisms like electromagnetic signaling(via biophotons stored in intracellular DNA) more desirable as they can take over when the actin cytoskeleton remodeling makes existing loads less effective.

The actin cytoskeleton of bones and chondrocytes is very similar to the actin cytoskeleton of muscle.  Anything that affects the actin cytoskeleton of muscle cells probably affects a chondrocytes actin cytoskeleton in a similar manner.  So all that research about diminishing returns of muscle growth probably applies to growing taller by chondrocytes and bone too.

Note it would be possible to grow taller via muscle if muscle was positioned in the body in such a way that an increase in muscular width resulted in an increase in body height.

Electromagnetic Stimulation provides an alternative means of increasing your height after mechanical stimulation has ceased.  The intensity to grow taller via electromagnetism may be too high to be accessible to ordinary individuals but in Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Studies bone stimulation was achieved at a very low Hertz.  Electromagnetic Fields are all around us, there are radio stations and microwaves.  Our own bodies can generate electromagnetic fields through thought and redox reactions.

We may be able to channel these accessible forces of electromagnetism and work them into a routine for growing taller.  There are laser pointers however light cannot penetrate the skin.  Ultraviolet light can cause skin cancer but not bone cancer.  Light shown on cells has induced increased levels of cellular proliferation but that was light shown directly on the cells.

The eye has the ability to process biophoton signals and spread those signals into the body via the striatecortex.  The striatecortex then produces redox reactions until the appropriate biophoton frequency is triggered and that biophoton emission is transmitted to intracellular DNA.  The DNA then decides whether to upregulate or downregulate a gene based on what color of biophotons are inside.

Of course, it wouldn't be very smart to shine infrared light into your eye!  Electromagnetic Fields have a lot of promise in the field of growing taller just like the actin cytoskeleton did via lateral mechanical loading.  The problem is finding a cost effective way of implementing it.
