The Two Best Social Bookmarking Sites

 There are several social bookmarking sites on the web.  Some are do-follow.  Some are revenue sharing.  Some have profile pages.  Some allow contextual links.  Some have an easy user interface.

The two social bookmarking sites that I am listing have all of the qualities and those are Snipsly and Jevitt.  Let's talk about the importance of all those qualities.

Do-follow.  The key to making money with adsense is building a very large network of a variety of sites.  Having a no-follow link in your articles is a big dead to the search engines and to building the size of your network.  For affiliate marketing it's different as a no-follow link can still lead to a "landing page" which you can then induce people to click on your affiliate link.

Revenue sharing.  The money you get from the social bookmarking sites may be small but it all adds up.  Making money from adsense is all about quantity(in contrast to affiliate marketing which is about quality).  If you have your adsense id on enough sites then eventually you will begin to make money.  Jevitt and Snipsly enable you to eventually make a little bit more money by having your adsense id on a few more sites and helping to build links to your other sites.  But how do you build links to your Jevitt and Snipsly short three word blurbs?  That's where the next criteria comes in.

Profile Page.  You can build links to your profile page which will in turn send juice to all your content.  This will allow you to build the PR of all your bookmarks and the backlinking strength of all your articles.  Your profile page doesn't have your adsense id on it but you can also post full articles on snipsly and jevitt and link to that.  This in turn will link to your profile page then building the link strength of all your other links on the site.

Contextual links.  Some social bookmarking sites have read more or read the rest of the story or some other anchor that doesn't tell the search engines what the site is about.  With Snipsly and Jevitt, you control the anchor text and if the search engine doesn't get it then it's your fault not the sites.

User Interface.  The wordpress interface makes things easy.  Tons of things use the Wordpress Interface so it's vital to learn.  There's no learning curve.  Just learn Wordpress for the first time knowing that you'll need it countless other times or use your already polished wordpress skills once more.

Now something that Jevitt or Snipsly doesn't have is title.  Sites develop a lot of Keyword Authority for their title.  Articles on Ezine Articles about Ezines or Articles will get some free keyword authority for those terms.  Articles on GoArticles on the Chinese game Go or Go Fish will get a boost up for ranking for terms related to those games(Also the movie).  Snipsly gets a bonus for snippets but Jevitt has nothing that it can help rank for.
